Keeping Track with eRecords
55 of 68 Atlanta Conferences are using eRecords, the online client database developed by Kevin Lawlor of St. Thomas the Apostle in Smyrna. Over the past several months, eRecords has been enhanced to capture all of the financial information required for monthly reporting, and everything that is needed for the Conference Annual Report. There are currently 18 Conferences using the financial reporting aspect. The Council-wide goal is for all Conferences to use the financial reporting in eRecords, beginning October 1, 2008. Attaining this goal will make the Atlanta Council a more financially sound organization, with accurate, timely, and easily compiled reporting. It will also make the officers’ job easier.
